OK, like I said in my last Taxi Driver: new year, new goals. It doesn't matter if I completed last year's goals 100% or not. The point is that I set goals and made some great progress. (Besides, those goals were so last year, anyway.)
Now, it's 2018, and I'm glad it's a new year.
It's easy to be proud that I've kept my goals every day this year! (Hey, I'll take it when I can get it.)
new goals met with ease!

Way back in the Nineteen Seventies, my granddad quit smoking cigarettes. He said doctors had sufficiently proven to him that cigarettes caused cancer, and he said that anyone who still smoked the things was a fool. He explained that quitting wasn't hard. All he had to worry about was that first cigarette of the day. All he had to do was not smoke that first one.
Grandad's sage advice:
"Don't have that first cigarette,
and quitting's easy!"
